A funny thing happened along the way to my husband and I settling in NY and enjoying our new home in the Catskills. He realized he had the opportunity to hike the Appalachian Trail, something we have both wanted to do probably since we first met almost 20 years ago. Well, now he has the chance, so we are going to run with it!
